This is a large room with a shared bathroom with one other person for rent in Ashington. The house will be shared with one other tenant and is owner occupied. You and the other tenant do have your own private tv and dining area, as in the pictures. Looking for a friendly and extreamly clean person to share this house but would have to be pet friendly for one little dog. It's a 5 min walk to the 122 bus stop, 8 min walk to Pelletstown train station, 10 min walk to Aldi and gym and 15 min walk to Phoenix Park. All bills ( electricity, gas, wifi etc..) are included, no extras... REQUIREMENTS : That you keep the house clean, exactly as you found it, clean up after yourself, respect others and noise levels. There are NO sleep overs allowed for any guests at any time strictly, no parties, no smoking, no vaping...
