Our lovely housemate is heading off travelling for at least a year, so we’re looking for someone to take the room for a 12-month sublet! About the House: The house is just off the Navan Rd in Ashtown, right beside the Phoenix park and a less than 10 min walk to the Ashtown train station. It’s a really nice, quiet estate and there is an option for parking beside the house with no parking permit required. Nearby shops, cafés, gym, and SuperValu. The housemates: You’ll be sharing with four girls in our 20s/30s. We’re a social house — always up for a takeaway and movie night, or a local pint — but also respectful of everyone’s space and routines. The Room: The room is a single room, with a shared bathroom but everyone is very clean and tidy! The room is available until next November, and is €454 per month not including bills.
