Small double room for rent in a charming two bed home on a quiet street in Dublin’s Harold’s Cross. The house is owner occupied and the sole bathroom is shared. Ideally located near Harold’s Cross Bridge, the house has bus stops nearby and is walking distance from Rathmines, Harold’s Cross, Clanbrassil street and Portobello. Mattress (missing in pictures) will be provided and wardrobe upcycle finished before tenant moves in. Furniture can stay or go from the room depending on the tenants’ needs. I’m looking for someone clean and positive to share this peaceful space with. Ideally the tenant would be in their 30s and will not WFH though the odd day of remote working is fine. The house is already home to one fluffy cat so unfortunately no other pet tenants are permitted. €850 monthly rent includes bills, utilities and cleaner. I’m looking for someone to commit to a year long tenancy with the potential to extend. €550 security deposit required before move in and references from two previous landlords also must be provided.
