It's a convenient location if your commuting to work on the east of Galway city (e.g. Athenry, Oranmore, Claregalway, Parkmore, Briarhill, Merlin Park). No pets allowed. Use of own car is essential. Suit someone who is currently employed or studying. Is a non-smoker, responsible, tidy, trustworthy and who will respect the property and occupants. References will be required.
