The property is a convenient location if your commuting to work/studying on the east of Galway city (Athenry, Oranmore, Claregalway, Parkmore, Briarhill, Merlin Park). No pets allowed. Use of own car is essential. Must be a non-smoker, responsible, tidy, trustworthy individual who will respect the property and occupants. References will be required.
