Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a woman who is: Friendly and sociable Tidy and respectful Considerate of shared spaces and housemates References are required. Rent & Costs €500 per month (includes bins and internet) Electricity and oil are shared and paid separately (Oil won't be necessary going into the warmer months, as house is very well insulated) €250 deposit required.
