Spacious kitchen (Plenty room for storage) & sitting room with fireplace & a dining room area. One Polish guy (30 years old) and 1 Lithuanian girl (32 years old) live in the house (with 2 bathrooms), so knowing English well is important. Looking for a woman to rent. Must be sociable, tidy, respectful of the house and the people she will live with. References are important to have. Rent for 1 month will be €500 (Includes bins and internet), electricity and oil will be shared and paid separately.
