Double room in 3-bed duplex apartment – Aungier Street, Dublin 2 Double room available in a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment in a very central Dublin 2 location. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and plenty of storage. It is on the lower floor of the apartment, with a bathroom shared with just one other housemate. The apartment is arranged over two floors and has a comfortable shared living area and fully equipped kitchen, including a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer and large fridge/freezer. The apartment is on the third/top floor of the building (no lift). You’ll be sharing with two other housemates, both in their 20s and working. We’re a relaxed and friendly household. We all have our own lives and routines, but enjoy chatting when we cross paths and occasionally hanging out. There’s no pressure to socialise, but we’d love someone who’s friendly and open to getting to know their housemates naturally. The apartment is on Aungier Street in the heart of Dublin 2, close to St Stephen’s Green, Camden Street and Grafton Street, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport nearby.
