Double room to rent in a pleasant terraced house on a quiet street in Phibsborough. Short term let - only available until December 31st 2025 - as the house will be renovated in the new year. The bedroom is bright (south facing) with plenty of wardrobe space. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen / living area with a shared bathroom. There is a small backyard with space to keep a bike if you cycle. Rent is €1100 per month which includes all bills. Pro rata rent to be paid for October and then full rent for November due end October and so on. Sharing with a female professional (30's) and an indoor-only cat (so need to be mindful of windows and doors!). I work from home a lot so ideally looking for someone office-based. Looking for someone tidy, respectful and independent. Phibsborough is a great area - 5 mins walk from Tesco and lots of nice cafes and bars. 5 mins walk from Grangegorman TU Dublin campus, 10 mins walk to the Mater Hospital. 2 mins walk to Phibsborough Luas stop and plenty of bus routes to town. 10/15 minute cycle to city centre.
