You will have 99% sole use of the downstairs bathroom as the other bedroom has an ensuite. Open-plan kitchen/living area downstairs. Small CCTV-monitored backyard where you could keep a bike if you wish. Close to TU Dublin, Mater Hospital and the Luas. Would suit one considerate, tidy, responsible person who values a happy, peaceful, quiet home. Not suitable for +1 person as it's a small-ish house, sorry! Just FYI I work from home in the downstairs area 50% of the week, other 50% in office. Owner-occupied, so a license agreement will be in place with fair notice periods for both parties; the idea is we both clean as we go and give each other notice of overnight guests. On street parking is available with a permit from the council, can discuss if required. €1100/month includes bins and wifi. Does not include electricity which will split between us every two months. Deposit is one month's rent.
