We enjoy good communication and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Rent & Bills • €635/month per room • €635 security deposit (you'll get it back when you leave, as long as there's no damage or unpaid bills) • Rent paid by direct debit • Rubbish bills are included. • WiFi isn't included, but most people use mobile internet these days. If you'd like to share mine, no problem—just €15/month. • Electricity bills, each tenant covers 25%, I will cover 50-75%. Payment via Revolut. • Lease is non-renewable: 1–11 months flexible • Written agreement for everyone's peace of mind Cleaning • We ll schedule and rotate weekly —easy to manage together • I handle deep cleaning (Monthly) except during my holidays.
