A cleaner visits twice a month, shared equally between all flatmates. The room itself is a large double with high ceilings, a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and storage. The shower room is shared with one other person only. The complex is gated and secure, with a communal courtyard, dedicated bike storage, and parking available at an additional charge from the management company. A few things to note: 1.
