Hi there! We have two lovely rooms available in our spacious, quiet 5-bedroom house. It's owner-occupied, so it's a calm and friendly place to live. Here's what we have: The Upstairs Double: A comfy double room on the second floor. The Garden Room: A versatile room on the ground floor with its own private entrance from the garden! You can rent this as a double room just for yourself, or share it with a friend (for two people). Location couldn't be better: We're super close to everything—Lidl, Supervalu, and all the Tyrrelstown takeaways are just a 5-minute stroll away. Need a bus? The 40D, 40E, and 238 routes are only a 3-minute walk. The practical stuff: You'll have a dedicated bathroom on your floor and your own fridge. Lease terms are flexible; we can do anything from 3 months up to a year, depending on what suits you best. We just require one month's rent plus a one-month deposit to secure the room. Interested?
