This is a converted bungalow, 750 metres from the Raddison Hotel, on the Rosses Point (West) side. The bus stop is 300 metres away AND it goes into town every half hour right up to 11pm. Sharing with two workers (one Indian, 22 and one Sri Lankan, 45), and one landlord. The house is heated by oil fired central heating but electric radiators are to be supplied soon. Tenants are not noisy, respectful, sociable and able to be clean and tidy. Sociability is vital as is cleanliness and politeness. People who want to be recluses or do not interact well might not suit this house. I am the male owner (mature PhD Researcher AND live in the property). The rent includes any contribution to oil and electricity (ie ALL BILLS INCLUDED). A deposit of 300 is required. The house has a huge garden. The kitchen is shared and there is a TV room. The larger new shower room is for the exclusive use of tenants. The house is dry. This rooms are 450 per month.
