Sharing with two male workers, and one landlord. This is a DOUBLE bedroom in the house, with a SINGLE bed. It has a brand new mattress. It shares a very nice shower room. I am keeping prices as low as I can so I can get good tenants: respectful, polite, sociable, able to be clean and tidy. Working full time and not from home. Preferably not drinking smoking womanising being dysfunctional etc. I am the male owner and I also live here and work from home. Rent is 450 plus deposit 300.
