** Available from mid August ** Room will be ready to rent on 9th of August. For 5 days a week I will adjust rent. Bills are shared monthly between us, and consist of electricity, bins, TV, WiFi. All mod cons and close to all amenities. Bus stop 5 minutes away which serves city centre, UCC and CUH directly. It's a very clean and quiet house, so will suit someone who is easy going, tidy, friendly and likes their own space. I have two lovely dogs who regularly stay with me so this would suit someone who likes dogs too. Please get in contact with some information about yourself.
