Bills including electricity/heating, Sky TV, fibre broadband, regular cleaner and bins are shared equally and are paid separately from rent. Parking is available, Little Island train station is a 5 min drive and the bus stop is a 5 min walk. Looking for someone friendly who is looking to share a home and will be respectful & tidy.
