The house is professional, friendly and vegan/vegetarian owner-occupied. House is equipped with all high class amenities and sharing spaces. Looking for quiet, neat, tidy and friendly house mate. Parking is available. Bus stop is 10/15 minutes walk. Near to all amenities and city centre by 10/15 minutes drive. If interested, please e-mail. It's a very quiet neighbourhood with green landscape views all over. References will be required. Deposit and one month advance payment required. Deposit would be refunded if the conditions are similar to the day of entry.
