Large garden front and back with a small pond (home to the frogs) and few apple trees down the bottom- you are welcome to help yourself if fruiting! Older style house. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available, located outside. Older appliances but they work. Multiple rooms for relaxing in the evening with a dining space separate to the kitchen and open fire in tv room. You would be sharing with a professional, who works shift hours, one week of mornings (7-3), one week of nights (1-9) and is active on the weekends. Shared spaces are kept tidy and maintained out of respect, as well as keeping the energy footprint low.
