I'm looking for a girl in her late 20s/30s to join me in a flat in Ballinteer from Feb 7th onwards! Rent: €1180 Deposit: €600 The double room is bright and spacious with plenty of storage and room for a small desk. You will have the main bathroom to use for yourself. There is free parking, and it is a 2-minute walk from 14, 16, S8, 74 and a 2-minute drive from the M50. It's a 20 minute walk to Dundrum and the Luas. The rent covers all bills. You'll be living with me and two very cute indoor/outdoor cats. I'm in my early 30s, from Dublin and work in the creative industry.
