The apartment is in a safe estate with nice gardens. 4 min walk to SuperValu, pharmacy, post office, coffee shop, take away food, local pub, etc. 10 min walk to Marlay Park and 20 min walk to Luas green line and Dundrum shopping centre. Bus stop 2 min away (14, 16, 74, S8 lines). Bills separate (gas, electricity and internet) and not included in rent. Not sure about the BER details (C1 taken from a sale ad on the same building). There is a car space available in the underground estate car park with direct access from inside the building by lift and stairs. References required by the agency.
