(photos will be added shortly) We have two rooms available in a comfortable and welcoming shared house in Ballinteer, South Dublin. The house is conveniently located just off the M50, with easy access to major routes. Bus routes 14 and 16 provide connections to the city centre, while the 750 offers a direct connection to Dublin Airport. There’s also a SuperValu and a petrol station right across the road, making everyday essentials easily accessible. The first room is a spacious ensuite double room for €1,600 per month, with its own private bathroom. The second is a double room for €1,000 per month, with access to a shared bathroom. We ask for 1 month deposit + month’s rent. All bills are included in the rent, and you’ll be sharing the house with two other people. The house has shared kitchen and living areas. Parking space included. We’re looking for friendly, tidy and respectful housemates who enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home environment. We particularly welcome LGBTQ+ people and international tenants. Both rooms are available immediately, with a minimum stay of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. Please get in touch by email only.
