My wonderful flatmate moved away from Dublin, therefore, a double room within a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat is now available. The location is great if your office/university is located in Dublin 4/2. Just 5 mins walk to Meta office and 10 mins walk to local amenities such as Tesco, Avoca, Centra, HorseShow House, gym etc. About the Room: Your room has a queen size bed and it is south-facing! Which means plenty of sunlight. A spacious wardrobe is also included. It is also possible to fit in a small-medium sized desk if you are planning to work from home for few days in a week. About the Flat: The flat includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen (You’re welcomed to share my Nespresso machine!), bathroom (with instant shower) and a balcony which has great view. The laundry/storage room is equipped with dryer and washer. About me: I am an engineer in my mid-thirties working for a database company. I enjoy great cup of tea/coffee as well as wine after work and also a good laugh : ) . Hitting the gym 3, 4 times a week. After work I’d like to explore the city mainly for interesting food/drinks. Extra Info regarding the costs: - Deposit: 1500 - Bill will include Wifi: 21.52/month, and electricity will be split between us. Just a Few Friendly Notes : ) 1.
