The apartment is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes' walk from ATU and will be shared with a mother and a baby under one year old. The apartment is very clean, quiet and well maintained. We are looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and tidy student who will be considerate of the family environment. Bills Electricity and gas are not included in the rent and will need to be shared.
