Sharing with owner (female working professional in 30’s) and a very cute and friendly dog :) 401 Bus stop is seconds walk from the house, with buses to ATU and the city centre every 20 minutes and is a 25 minute walk to ATU. Dunnes & Tesco are within 10 minutes walk and Lidl 25 minute walk. Also accessible to NUIG. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, microwave and air fryer. Garden shed available for bike storage, if required. Payment of first month’s rent of €750 and security deposit of €550 are due in advance of moving in.
