Hey there! This is a studio apartment upstairs in our home, which is owner occupied by me and my wife. The apartment is en suite (shower) with a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster and mini-fridge), complete with huge double king bed and a view of the Atlantic from the velum windows. Very bright and relaxing space with sofa and TV included. We are accepting applications from female prospective tenants only. We are not open to male applicants, couples or tenants with pets. We have two German shepherds and so, even though the don’t have access to this part of the house, if you have a dog allergy or simply don’t like dogs, this is not a good option. The monthly rent includes bills (internet, bins, electricity). Also includes two clothing washes per week. There is no stove or cooking facility in the room except for a microwave, so please bear that in mind. Looking forward to hearing from you.
