Ballycastle, Ballina, Co. Mayo, Milltown, Co. Mayo

Hey there! We are renting initially for 3 months with a potential extension for another 3 after that depending on how it goes, and maybe even longer again depending on how the arrangement is working. This is a studio apartment upstairs in our home, which is owner-occupied by me and my wife. The apartment is en suite (shower) with a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster and mini-fridge), complete with huge super king bed and a view of the Atlantic from the velux windows. Very bright and relaxing space with sofa and TV included. We are not accepting applications from couples or tenants with pets or who smoke. We have two German shepherds and so, even though they don’t have access to this part of the house, if you have a dog allergy or simply don’t like dogs, this is probably not a good option. The monthly rent includes bills (internet, bins, electricity). Also includes two clothing washes per week and free parking onsite. There is no stove or cooking facility in the room except for a microwave, so please bear that in mind. We also won’t allow usage of a personal stove. - 25mins from Ballina - 60 mins from Sligo - 60 mins from Castlebar - 75 mins from Westport Looking forward to hearing from you.
