The room is very bright, spacious, and comfortable with a king size bed, double solid wardrobe, bedside lockers and side table. Bed linen and towels provided if required. The house and large garden is well maintained and offers quite and peaceful living. Has plenty of free, safe parking. This is a quite house in a quite location, and would suit a non smoking/vaping person. Two cats and a dog live here also, so if you are allergic to animals do not apply. House is owner occupied. No over night guests allowed. Short term tenants welcome. Monday - Friday considered for a lower monthly rate. 10 mins from SETU - 20 mins from UHW. Own car is a must, but on local link route 667. 2 References required from previous landlord and place of emloyment. All bills included.
