All bills included (heating, electricity, bins, Wi-Fi). Cleaning service every fortnight. Room & Home Features Fully furnished room (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, TV) Shared main bathroom (bath & shower) Shared kitchen and dining area Road parking available Resident dog in the home The house is clean, calm and respectful, and best suited to someone looking for a quiet, comfortable base during the week rather than a long-term rental. Suitability This accommodation is intended for short-term or temporary stays only, such as: • Agency or contract workers • ATU students on placement • Interns or trainees • Contractors • Monday–Friday stays or similar weekly arrangements This is not suitable for anyone seeking long-term or permanent accommodation. Flexible weekly arrangements are available for the right fit. House Expectations Clean as you go, keep shared spaces tidy, ventilate the bathroom after showers, respect quiet hours, and be mindful that this is an owner-occupied home with a resident dog (gates and doors must be kept closed). Guests have use of shared facilities but provide their own personal consumables (e.g. toiletries, food items, groceries, laundry products). Smart TV in room; streaming subscriptions not provided.
