Hi there, I have 1 double room available for rent from the beginning of April. There is central heating in all rooms and underfloor heating in the kitchen. Bathroom which is recently completely renovated to be shared with one other. Rent includes refuse and WIFI and a fortnightly cleaner . The electricity bill and fuel/oil ( when needed) to be divided between all in house. The electricity bill comes every 2 months. Location very convenient to UHK ( University Hospital Kerry ) approx. 5/10 minute walk, Manor West and town centre. This room is very suitable for short term lets or longer term.
