This is a Newly built property, few minutes walk to Citywest Shopping Centre and Fortunestown Luas. Bus stop right outside the estate. It's a spacious family home inhabited by me, my husband, and our son. We do not have any other tenants. It's a peaceful and quiet environment in our home. The house has three floors, and our bedroom is on the top floor. You will be renting the master bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom (shower). You will access to the facilities mentioned in the ad - washer, dryer, dishwasher, internet, heating, microwave, oven, and back garden. We have a spare parking which you can use. The rent includes utilities and parking. We do have some house rules: -Living room will not be a shared space, it is our family room and we spend most of our time in it with our child. - We do not cook or eat beef/pork in our house as per our religious beliefs, so cooking/bringing beef/beef products as well as cooking pork will not be allowed.
