Double room available in Dublin 4, in a spacious five-bedroom house, located off Bath Avenue. It is a quiet house with 4 working professionals, 3 females and 1 male aged 30-40. We are a friendly, laid-back group, who like to keep the house tidy and clean. We are looking for a similar person. Our main priority is that you clean up after yourself, respect other tenants and noise levels. Utility bills are not included in the rent and are usually €100 a month, approximately.
