We are renting our daughter's bedroom from 1st July 2026 for minimum 6 months, while she is studying abroad. It is a big and bright private bedroom on the ground floor with twin bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, lots of shelves and blackout curtains. The bathroom is shared with our other daughter, but only on weekends as she is a 5 day boarder in school. There is an additional WC on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining room, sitting room, terrace and garden is shared with the rest of the family. There is plenty of space for parking in the garden. Detached house with a big garden in the outskirt of Straffan village on a very quiet road. The bus stop (TFI route 120 into Dublin) is 5 minutes walk. The village center is 2 km. We have 3 teenagers and a young adult college student, 2 dogs and a cat in the family. We are looking for a single female person, ideally a college student. Trinity, TUD Dublin are an easy commute, for Maynooth, UCD, DCU own transport is advisable. Utilities are included in the price. 2 months deposit required.
