Bright Double Bedroom with Stunning Cork City Views We are offering a bright and comfortable bedroom in our modern 4-bedroom house, situated in an elevated location with breathtaking views overlooking Cork City and beyond. The available bedroom enjoys beautiful direct views of the city and is filled with natural light, thanks to two large windows on different sides of the room. It comes furnished with a small double bed, mattress, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is conveniently located right next to the bedroom and will be shared with one other female occupant. Utility bills are included in the rent if not working from home. About Us We are a friendly and easygoing family of four: a couple in our mid-thirties, our 4-year-old child, and a sister in her mid-thirties. We are looking for a respectful and easygoing tenant who would feel comfortable living in a family environment. Location & Transport The house is approximately a 15-minute walk to the nearest Bus 216 stop. However, as the estate is located on an elevated area, we would recommend having your own car or bicycle, especially as the walk back uphill takes around 20 minutes. For those who enjoy walking, the estate is connected to the Ballybrack Greenway, providing a pleasant route that takes approximately 30 minutes on foot to Tesco Douglas. Douglas Village is also conveniently located just a 5-minute drive or approximately a 30-minute walk away. You'll find plenty of amenities there, including Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Aldi, McDonald's, KFC, and more. The House The kitchen and living areas are spacious, and you're welcome to use the household appliances and kitchenware. We also have a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air—weather permitting, of course! We are an easygoing and sociable family. We occasionally have friends over for dinner, particularly on weekends, and we hope to find a tenant who is comfortable with a friendly and relaxed home environment. We are looking forward to welcoming someone who will feel at home while respecting each other's space and privacy. Preference will be given to tenants who will only stay on weekdays, and rent will also be reduced significantly.
