Sharing house with owner occupier (late 30s) and one other tenant. All bills included in the rent. The house is a work in progress, so rent is priced to reflect that. Downstairs floors are concrete, upstairs is carpeted. Looking for people with a 9 to 5 routine. Relaxed grown up space. Non smokers preferred. Location info: House is in a good location, just a 5 minute drive to Douglas village. Douglas village is nearby with an plenty of amenities, shops and restaurants. House is located within a 15 minute drive from pharma & med tech companies in Shanbally and Ringaskiddy. The estate is not yet well connected to public transport, the bus number 216 goes from near Maryborough woods, which is 20-minute walk away. You will be sharing the bathroom with another tenant. Parking is available. Bills are included in rent. References required and one month’s rent as deposit. I have some allergies to laundry detergents, perfumes, colognes, artificial room fresheners, etc, so I ask that everyone in the house use the detergents (Fairy power or Ecover – I will provide these ), and also looking for people who don’t wear loads of perfumes/colognes (a little bit is fine), or love room scents/fresheners (again a little bit of essential oils is ok). Pets No pet in the house at present, but I plan to get a cat or dog in the coming months, so looking for cat and dog lovers.
