Downstairs floors are concrete for the moment, upstairs is carpeted. Looking for chill responsible folks with a 9 to 5 routine. Relaxed grown up space. No smokers preferred. Location info House is in a good location, just a 5 minute drive to Douglas village. The estate is not yet well connected to public transport, the bus number 216 goes from near Maryborough woods, which is 20-minute walk away. Douglas village is nearby with an plenty of amenities, shops and restaurants. House is located within a 15 minute drive from pharma & med tech companies in Shanbally and Ringaskiddy. Particulars Parking is available. Bills are included in rent. References required and one month’s rent as deposit. Laundry detergent We have some allergies to laundry detergents, perfumes, colognes, artificial room fresheners, etc, so I ask that everyone in the house use the house detergents (Fairy power or Ecover – we will provide these ), and also looking for people who don’t wear loads and loads of perfumes/colognes (a little bit is fine), or love room scents/fresheners (again a little bit of essential oils based stuff is ok). Pets No pet in the house at present, but we plan to get a cat or dog in the coming months, so looking for cat and dog lovers.
