The room lets to NUIG mature/phD students and is very convenient for college. I attach most recent videos. There is a large living space on the first floor which has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge area, which is private and spacious. Double rooms rent for €190 per week. Booking deposit of 1 months rent is required in advance to secure the room. The rental deposit is fully refundable at the end of the term as long as there is no damage to the property or rent outstanding at the end of term. Emergency repairs or maintenance issues will be addressed by myself. There is no charge for drinking water. Utility bills (heat, electricity, bin charges, are shared by the tenants The house is only 20 minutes by train from galway city centre and Nuig is a 7 minute walk from the city.
