I am looking for 1 girl to share a 2-bedroom-2-bathroom apartment with a female long termly. One of the en-suite double bedroom is to be shared. Price: 895 EUR/month Share electricity bill. Please note: I am looking for only one girl to share this apartment with me. About myself: a female in earlier thirties, working in financial sector. I will be working from home 2 days a week. Please see the following details: 1. The apartment is located on Leixlip, near Intel. Beautiful environment around: full of trees outside and plenty of sunshine inside. Newly built apartment. 2. 24-hours hot water is available. Pharmacy, coffer shop, SPAR shop, Lidl supermarket is nearby. It is a really safe place with marvelous scenery. 3. Bus stop is 3 minutes away from the apartment. Bus 52,X25, C5, go directly to the Dublin city center, TCD. 24-hours bus is available between city center and this apartment. 4. Bus L59 goes to Leixlip town (about 7 minutes). Aldi, restaurant, takeaway, pharmacy, barbers shop, Spar etc are available. It is also handy to go to Celbridget. 5. 15 minute walk to Intel. C3 is over there, which goes from Maynooth to Dublin city center. 6. The commuter train station is 20 minutes way on foot. It takes 30 minutes to arrive at Connolly Station. 7.Full facilities, including washing machine (with dryer), microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge , oven etc. 8. Share kitchen and sitting-room 9.
