Hi, I'm looking to rent my spare double bedroom. The apartment is on the top floor, large living area with adjoining good sized kitchen. Double bedroom with plenty of storage and the benefit of a balcony. Parking available. You will be sharing with me, I work in property, early 40’s, enjoy the gym and going to rugby matches. I work from home a few days a week. There is a bus stop just outside the development with plenty of regular routes to bring you into the city. The room is available for full time occupancy but I am also open to a Monday - Friday arrangement which could suit someone who returns home at weekends. Rent is €1250 per month plus bills.
