The apartment is super bright with a triple aspect and large windows throughout. There’s a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a lovely box bay window, great for relaxing and taking in Ticknock/Three Rock mountains. The bedroom is a good-sized double with a freshly painted built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage, blackout blinds and new blackout curtains (not pictured but arriving in post shortly). It's also really warm and retains heat well so super cosy. Carpet was also professionally cleaned and sanitised when I moved in 3 months ago. The room also has amazing views of the Dublin mountains. I'm doing up my en suite so will not really be using the main bathroom much once the en suite is complete. TV will be wall-mounted in the next week or so and new under-cabinet lighting is being installed in the kitchen. Outside, there’s a gated communal garden, bike storage and ample free parking.
