The apartment is owner-occupied and has a relaxed, friendly, botanical feel - I have a lot of plants! The apartment is very bright, with a triple aspect and large windows throughout. There’s a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a big box-bay window overlooking Ticknock/Three Rock - a nice spot to relax and take in the mountain views. The bedroom is a good-sized double, also with fantastic views of the Dublin Mountains. It has a freshly painted built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage, blackout blind and newly installed blackout curtains. The carpet was professionally cleaned and sanitised when I moved in. The main bathroom would essentially be yours, as I have my own en suite. I may occasionally use the bath or have guests use the bathroom when visiting. Outside, there’s a gated communal garden, secure bike storage and ample free parking.
