Apartment is a cosy dual-aspect, overlooking the Liffey, with balcony’s to from the room to rent as well as from the living room. Apartment complex is quiet. Close proximity to Inchicore and within cycle distance of town. Really close to both the Phoenix Park and the War Memorial Park which is great for walks and during the summer. A bit about your possible new roommate: I’m a 30 year old woman from Dublin. I work from home 2 days a week. Preferably no-one working entirely from home. No one expected to be house sharing at this age, however I like to treat my space as my home and hopefully whoever I share it with feels the same way. Always happy to share a meal/watch a movie together, and happy having friends over for dinners/games nights. But also respecting privacy and personal space.
