Electric maybe 50 a month each. I am using the only assigned car parking space, you could ask one of the neighbours if you can use their space, or park for free, on the street across from the warehouse at the war memorial gardens. Deposit required is EUR 950. Move in date is 16th February. Apartment is non smoking, non vaping and drug free. Islandbridge is only 10 to 15 mins on a bike to most places in Dublin City Centre. Islandbridge has excellent transport links, with easy access to lines 69, 26, 52, 13, C1, C3, C4, G1 and G50 There are several 24 hours buses and it Close to M50. It also in the War Memorial Gardens, 3 mins to a pizza cafe and a coffee shop, 6 min walk to the Spar. The Phoenix park, the largest park in Europe, is across the road and you can see it from your room. Close to James Hospital, and a lot facilities in the Dublin 8 and city centre.
