We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and clean housemate to share our home in Clongriffin. Please Note: Animal Lovers Only! You will be sharing with a couple and a guy (from Spain and Argentina). We enjoy a relaxed, social but respectful atmosphere. We also have pets, so cat and dog lovers are a absolute must! What’s Included: - Bedroom: Double bed, spacious wardrobe, study desk, and mirror. - Bathroom: You will only share the main bathroom with one other person (the couple has an ensuite). - Bright, fully equipped kitchen and living area. Weekly professional cleaning of common areas is included. Rent & Bills: - Rent: €1,000 per month. - Included in rent: High-speed broadband & bin collection. - Shared bills: Gas & electricity (split equally). Location & Transport: - 7-minute walk to Clongriffin DART station (approx. 20 mins to Connolly). - Excellent 24-hour bus route just around the corner.
