The bedroom is small but it has built in wardrobes and under bed storage. There is under stairs storage and attic storage also if needed. There is a shared small bathroom upstairs with a large shower. There is a bright patio area with garden furniture to the back of the house. There is on street parking to the front of the house, you would just need to get a permit. I am in my 30s and looking for someone who will treat the house like their home and doesn't want a party house. Looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing their space with an indoor cat who is the boss of the house! The house is not right for couples as is just too small for 3. No smoking house. The Rent is 750 per month. Deposit of 250 is required with first month's rent. Shared electricity bill every 2 months. It is a warm house as it is a middle house so bills are not too high. Internet is 20 euro and bins are 14 euro each per month.
