About Us: You will be sharing the house with a couple (house owner) and a female tenant. We all are full time working and looking for a tenant who values cleanliness, respect and a peaceful living environment. About the Property: Our home is quiet, clean, and well-kept. Home is fully secured by phone watch security surveillance. WiFi, security alarms and waste collection are included in the rent. Electricity and gas costs will be shared equally among all. The room is available for an initial SIX month period, with a strong possibility of extension. Kitchen- 2 spacious cupboards will be provided to keep your things. Separate double door fridge, only for tenants. No fix time for using kitchen, you can use whenever needed. Spacious washroom- will be used only by you and another female tenant. Important Notes: This house would be most suitable for you regardless of your shift schedule as one of us works night shift. We are seeking a tenant who is quiet, respectful and considerate. Not for a loud or party person. Previous landlord reference and a copy of valid identification proof is required prior to shifting. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house.
