There is a bathroom you guys share, also, a tiny boiler storage. The ground floor comprises a spaceous living room with the fire place - a cozy space to relax and unwind after a busy day. A large kitchen, hallway and a tiny toilet under the stairs. There's a decent size garden with little patio, table, chairs and small shed where we keep tools and timber. All surounded with tall wall & fence providing with privacy, just a perfect space to catch a few sun rays during the warm months. **The room is available from the 1st of July.** The deposit is €700, and the rent for the double bedroom is €700 per month. Deposit has to be covered before moving in, while rent before 1st of each month. **All the bills are included in the price** Due to the large volume of applications I won't be able to answer all the enquieries.
