Hi there! We are two friends that are looking for a new housemate:) Here a few details of the house: - Good position: 5 mins from Drimnagh Luas stop and 20 mins far from the city center. You can also take a bus, line 123 or 122 - Washing machine (incl. dryer) - Microwave - Central eating - Wifi - small garden - no pets Rent and Bills: – 760€ excl. bills — one month‘s Rent + deposit required Rent is due by the 20th of each month. Other Bills include electricity, gas, internet and bins; split equally by 3. Bills are due every month, except for gas and electricity, which will alternate every month. We are looking for someone who is willing to rent from start of march! About the House: The house has been renovated three years ago, so generally in a very good condition. The room is furnished with a single bed, nightstand and light as well as a wardrobe. You get an idea of the furniture in the picture. There is a bigger bathroom downstairs on level with the free room, with shared use. We do have a tiny garden space in the back that can be used. No pets allowed. Living together: Now time to introduce ourselves. We are both in our (early & late)–mid twenties, very chill, communicative and friendly. We are looking for someone that is tidy, clean, respectful and sociable. The vibe in the house is homely and fun. We do love having cozy nights, chatting together, have a cup of tea or playing games and cooking together, but we also like to relax and have some “me time“. So we are looking for someone who is willing to enjoy the shared space together and engage while can also enjoy their own space.
