Rent excludes bills — €60 per month towards electricity, broadband, reverse osmosis water filter, and bins. We share our home with a friendly cat, so the space is ideal for a cat lover who enjoys the warmth of a calm, homely environment. We’re looking for a female who is friendly, considerate, and easygoing — a person who values mutual respect, enjoys peaceful surroundings, and gets along well with others. Someone who appreciates nature, has a mindful outlook, and brings a positive, conscious presence to the home would fit in beautifully. The house has a lovely south-facing garden, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day, and a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Located in Beresford estate, within walking distance to the train station and bus routes (less than 20 minutes on foot or about 8 minutes by bike). Dublin City Centre can be reached in under 30 minutes. Available for up to one year (minimum stay of 3 months). On-street parking available. House rules apply.
