Beside DCU, Ballymun, Dublin 9

Small room with a double bed available (from 1 April but with the possibility of earlier) close to DCU on Collins Avenue Extension, sharing with three Irish lads in their late twenties (all working full time). One bathroom renovated recently, and we have a large, fully equipped kitchen and sitting room. We have a shed with a washing machine which can be used to store a bike etc. There are a few different bus stops beside the house servicing all areas of Dublin. We work in the city and either cycle or take the bus (E1 or N4). Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, clean, quiet and friendly. We are all quite busy and respect each others sleep, especially mid-week, so the house is quiet after 11pm. Definitely not a party house. Ideally you would not be working remotely more than two days a week, and guests are allowed but none of us have people stay for more than a day or two - we would expect the same from you. Rent is €650 p/m and bills (electricity, bins, WiFi) are approx €80 p/m, depending on the month. Deposit and a reference will be required.
