A bright, welcoming home in the heart of North Strand. We’re offering a spacious double bedroom for term-time rental, from September–December and January–May, in our newly built home in the warm and welcoming community of North Strand, Dublin 3. The room is comfortable and comes with a desk, chair and ample storage, it is a lovely place to settle into Dublin while studying. The location is hard to beat. Within walking distance of Trinity College, NCI, TU Dublin and DCU, while Dublin Connolly Station, the Luas and Busáras are all approximately 10 minutes away on foot. In the other direction, Fairview Park is just a 5-minute walk, with the Clontarf promenade around 20 minutes. The Royal Canal, Croke Park and the city centre are all close by too. Our home is a calm, friendly and comfortable place to come back to after a busy day, with a lively pub and community garden nearby to relax in. We both work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9–5, with one or two days working from home each week. As this is our first time renting a room, we’re hoping to find someone considerate, tidy and friendly who will enjoy making the most of the home and neighbourhood. We’re offering the room at €1,400 per month, with availability during the academic terms only. We’ve recently renovated our home and are opening up our space for a short period as we get back on our feet, so this is a home we really care about and hope the right person will feel at home in too. The €1,400 monthly rent includes all household bills, including high-speed internet, TV, heating and gas, and a bi-weekly cleaner so there are no additional monthly charges to budget for. North Strand is a wonderfully connected, community-minded part of Dublin. It is close to the city, the coast and plenty of green space, while retaining a lovely neighbourhood feel.
