Single Room sharing bathroom 450 euro pcm (The ad might say looking for s only - this is some sort of software glitch, but they might have repaired it since the last time I put an ad up.) House is in Binn Bhan on Western Distributor Road - the arrow on the map wasn't the right place when I set the advert up, but they might have fixed this since. Just to be clear (if you're not familiar with Galway), this is the EAST SIDE of Galway City. It's a lot closer to NUIG than GMIT. Or, indeed, Dublin. Deposit is 450 euro Utilities are shared. Expect your share of bills to run to about 50 to 100 euro pcm - depending on how much oil and electricity the house gets through. Male or female lodgers welcome. House currently occupied by 2 male and 1 female lodger plus owner (male, me). No smokers, please. No drugs. No pets. Single room available from early March 2026. Plenty of storage space in the room. It has been reconfigured a bit since the last lodger moved in (Mid July 2024) so I'll have new photos of the room itself soon. Comfortable, detached, owner occupied house off Cappagh Road, plenty of space for eating/cooking/living. Two living rooms and a big kitchen/dining room, so you'll usually have some space to yourself apart from your bedroom if you want it. When fully occupied, house is shared between 4 lodgers and myself. This is my own house, so it's well looked after by me and I like it to be well looked after by my lodgers. Also, be aware that you'd be sharing a house with me so this is not a tenancy but a "licence to occupy" situation. Modern build and extra insulated with central heating so it's warm. Main bathroom has bath and power shower. Immersion heater is on a timer, so there's isn't the drama of leaving it on all weekend by mistake! Also utility room with washer and dryer, dishwasher, WiFi. And a shed. Safe place for peace of mind - fire extinguishers and smoke blanket and alarms for smoke, carbon monoxide and intruders. Off street parking, developed garden, shed. Bus stop just outside, close to shops/park/woods/beach. Nicely maintained estate with landscaped areas and open spaces. Short walk to convenience stores, Cappagh Park, Barna Woods, Silver Strand Beach. Short drive to supermarkets and city centre. Owner-occupier and long term lodgers are grown up sensible people, would share best with easy going but responsible, quiet and tidy people. Emphasis on responsible, quiet and tidy. I am looking for someone who will be a good house mate and preferably staying with us for a long time. Not a party house, no smokers, no drunkenness. Lodgers are expected to be respectful to each other as well. No pets and no smoking (of anything), thanks. Please respond by email.
