This is a nice house located in a very mature and quite neighborhood, the room is spacious with a solid wood king size bed on it, there are no storage so you will need to arrange that yourself, which gives you the possibility to put your own stamp on it. The house is literally 5 minutes walking from Luas Cookstown stop, just few minutes walking from Square Shopping centre, Tallaght Hospital, theatre, library, ITT college, churchs , coffee shops and pubs. You will be sharing the house with one young men and two adults in their forties. All the bills are divided equally between 4 people, which are : Internet, bin collection, gas and electricity. They are looking for a full time working female , preferably that dont work from home, someone that they can have a cup of coffee sometimes and talk about the weather and general things. Everyone is very busy and full time workers and they are very nice people. Please contact me only from email as I can't use my phone at work.
